INGREDIENTS ~1 Person

  • 100g Japanese Rice
  • 110g Water
 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash rice throughly
  1. Soak rice in water for 30 mins
  1. Filter out the water
  1. Fill the prepare water (110g water)
  1. Medium heat rice until it start boiling
  1. Set to low heat for 10 mins
  1. Turn off the heat and wait for another 10 mins
  1. Ready to eat🍴
